History

Martin Brass Works, Inc. was founded in 1864 by Mr. Benjamin Martin. Operating under its original name, Martin's Brass Foundry, it quickly became one of the nation's leading foundries and soon offered complete in-house manufacturing services.

Martin's Brass Foundry began working with breweries and coppersmiths when we opened our doors. Since then, our product line has evolved and we now offer products and services to the brewing, chemical, dairy, food, petroleum and plumbing industries as well as electrical utilities and fire departments.

In the early 1900's, the Carl/Alafberg Family purchased Martin's Brass Foundry and subsequently changed it's name to Martin Brass Works, Inc.. The new name better reflected the diversity of our product line and manufacturing services. We are currently in our fourth consecutive generation of operation by the Carl family.

Martin Brass Works prides itself on the outstanding quality and appearance of our product line. Many of our products are vastly superior to those offered by our competition at comparable prices. As a small business, we are capable of offering our customers the personal service they so richly deserve.

If you require a custom fabricated part or have a problem that appears unsolvable, relax and give us a call. We will be happy to assist you.
